It seems like the max party size is 150 for native, is there anyway to pass this size? It happened during my first try. If you wanted to see 600+, as the commander, conquer over half of the map for your kindom. For the first 2 towns/castles if you requested them, the king will usually give them to you.
Im curious what the largest party size anyone has ever attained is (mostly for console) right now iām somewhere around 350 troops. Around 500, and gradually increases toward end of game if you hoard fiefs, to something around 600. Although it's a huge waste of fiefs to hoard them, since having clans over gives you more soldiers. Supposedly the sheer number of bandits on the map increases as time goes on, but any one individual party is not limited in any way. Most I've seen at once is 50ish but others have reported groups up to 100 strong. I've seen a group of 94 looters once. That was like 15 years in-game time in though.Base +4.18. Cavalry +1.33. Footmen on horses +0.59 (I've seen it as high as 0.64 when I had 209 horses for 124 men) Cargo within capacity - 0.04. Prisoners - 0.48 (and I have 55 prisoners). Top speed of 6.1 if I get rid of my prisoners. Can still carry plenty of cargo with over 6 thousand weight.
I'm saying you can easily spare 2 INT, (since as discussed VIGOR, and CONTROL , and Cunning aren't super useful). you get extra Endurance ATT from skills. (so can hit 9 endurance SUPER EASY). So basically the 3 INT you most likely start with at creation, add another 2 INT, and max steward Focus, and put 1-2 points in medicine, and engineer. . 395 495 383 224 285 427 482 245
