It’s the G650 that has the single cylinder Rotax engine. Although I could be wrong on this, I think even BMW got confused with this model. I have a G650 that I’ll be selling the new year. 12k miles and well loved that I’ll be looking for about £2500 for.
- The range of action (150 to 180 miles on the 650 vs. 190 to 210 on the 1150) - The top speed: I could go to 120-125 mph with the 1150 no matter the load or the grade; with the 650 the top speed is 100 mph but with load and steep uphill roads, the bike is toping sometimes only 75 mph!
