I cant backstab while locked on, when i am free cam I can backstab just fine, and this isn’t just “oh you’re holding you’re shield up” or “go for an angle” like i have tried everything but I cant backstab??? this made backstab chaining difficult and i want an answer. note: i have seen guides (such as fightincowboy) backstab while locked on and i cant? like it is so weird. dont
Yes, but even in Dark Souls 1 riposte did more damage than backstab, and OP was asking which does more in DSII, riposte, backstab or guard break. thanks for trying to help me so far nobody has given a simple straight answer to the question. i guess the only way we can find out the correct answer is to wait and test it ourselves in the game.
Because nowadays, that's EXACTLY what a "teleport backstab" is. Its people intentionally setting up horrible internet conditions so they can farm pvp to get convenant items. you have lag ANYtime (sometimes more, sometimes less) and the way it works (instantly upon hittting hitbox) it's bound to look odd sometimes.
